APPLICATION PROCESS
Admission applications to St. Raphael Catholic School are submitted using our online application.
Please note that the school administration will review all admissions applications. Applicants are not admitted unless notified by St. Raphael Catholic School. Completing the online admissions application does not guarantee admission to St. Raphael Catholic School.

REGISTRATION FEE
There is a $25 fee for PRESCHOOL ONLY which will hold your preschool spot for the upcoming school year. There is not a registration fee for Kindergarten - 6th grade at this time.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Full payment by personal check to the school at the school Open House- August 12, 2025
Full payment by automatic withdrawal from checking/savings account or credit card in September
Bi-annual automatic withdrawal from checking/savings account or credit card, September, January
12 month automatic withdrawal from checking/savings account or credit card, beginning in September
Payments can also be made through the office if another option is needed

FINANCIAL AID
It is St. Raphael Catholic School’s hope that every student, regardless of financial situation, has the opportunity to learn in a Catholic environment. Tuition assistance is available through our Adopt-A-Student Scholarship Program for students in grades K-6. Families may also speak with the Pastor or Principal to make additional arrangements.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is provided to St. Raphael Catholic School students through Superior Transportation. K-6 students are eligible for inbound and outbound transportation. Preschool students are eligible for inbound transportation only due to their school schedule. Parents also may elect to transport their children to and from school. Students may also walk or bike to and from school. Superior Transportation transports students who need Speech or Special Education services during the school day at no cost to families.
