We are seeking a faith-filled, mission-driven leader to serve as a part-time principal beginning in the 2026–2027 school year. Rooted in Catholic identity, academic excellence, and a strong family-centered culture, St. Raphael serves students in Pre-K through Grade 6.
The ideal candidate will foster a joyful Catholic school environment, support strong teaching and learning, and build meaningful relationships with students, families, parish, and staff.
This position may also be expanded into a full-time role through additional teaching responsibilities for candidates interested in both educational leadership and classroom ministry.
Qualifications
The preferred candidate is a practicing Catholic with an Elementary Education license, a master’s degree in education, a Catholic school leadership certificate, or a willingness to obtain such certification. Mentorship will be provided for new leaders.
Compensation
Starting salary is $50,000. St. Raphael Catholic School also offers a full benefit package including health, dental, pension, and more.
